Ice Cave Tours from Jökulsárlón
Our ice cave tours depart from Jökulsárlón and take you onto Breiðamerkurjökull, one of the outlet glaciers of Vatnajökull. During winter, natural ice caves and formations develop within the glacier, creating a landscape that changes from season to season.
Because ice caves are natural and constantly changing, the caves visited and the exact route may vary depending on glacier and weather conditions. Our guides assess current conditions and select the route for each tour accordingly.
